Last month Arveene (Arveene & Misk) played a stormer of a set with his eclectic electronic style. This month I return to host the second room at 93 Feet East with yet another riotous lineup of DJ's to spin the musical hidden treasures and guilty pleasures spanning the past five decades you thought you had forgotten. Expect hip-hop, house, disco, electronica and rock as this months guest and resident DJ's take you back to the day's when MTV actually played music videos.
Along with the usual suspects this month will be; Jim Sharp, back to make up for his last minute cancellation last month. Joining him will be previous guests the J&D Sessions back to spin their favorite disco and house edits of the moment. Finally, I'm pleased to announce the late addition of DJ, producer & A&R for Switch’s Dubsided label; Neoteric. Aside from rocking clubs from his hometown of Vancouver to Berlin, Neo will be dropping by to spin an party set exclusively for Too Hip To Be Square. The night next Friday 18th February kicks off from 7 and goes on until 1am and it's free entry all night!
Next door, Deathwish Disco will be back with yet another hefty lineup featuring a single launch from Pyramid, also playing will be SKisM, a live P.A from Julie Thompson and Rattus Rattus.
